FOTD - Give me some sweet boldness!

Hi everyone!


     For the Face Of The Day, this time i'm doing something a bit different, giving the eyes all the focal point of the face. For some, it could be for night-time and others, for daytime.

     So, my instinct today guided me with some colors in pretty much the same range, using  eyeshadows from the brand MakeUp Geek (or MUG for a shorter version!)(http://www.makeupgeek.com/store/) and one matte from a professional brand found in Europe Grimas (click on eyeshadows-blush) but you can buy on line.

 

     I started to apply on my eyelid a fine layer with my finger of the 24hr Color Tattoo Metal from Maybelline NY in Electric Blue. Above this color, i placed a lilac one named Unicorn (F) from MUG, then in the crease area i put the only matte shadow n.532 (C) a peachy-pink from Grimas and blend well.

 

     Under the eyebrows, you'll find the color Vanilla Bean (E) from MUG. In the inside corner, a white Ice Queen (H) from MUG and i mixed up two colors again from MUG - Shimma Shimma (G) and Gold Digger (D) - and gently placed them in the middle of the eyelid to bring some light in the center.

 

     To contour the face and the cheeks, i used as always from Too Faced the famous Chocolate Soleil and the blush of the day - another famous one - the beautiful Tipsy from MUG (an orange-apricot matte color) with a light hand.

 

     The mascara is from Maybelline NY - The Rocket volum' express waterproof in super intense black (in case you're not sure that black is really black!). Then, Rimmel Professional Eyebrow pencil in hazel, and to set, Anastasia Clear Brow gel.

    

The liner is Perversion from Urban Decay 24/7 waterproof liquid eyeliner. I put inside the waterlines the pencil Scandaleyes waterproof Khol Kajal from Rimmel in Deep Blue 006 and a fine layer of Unicorn (F) from MUG just under the bottom lashes.

     The lips are gently sweet, so not the main attraction. I applied first the Maybelline NY LipBalm in Yummy Plumming 90 and on the top, from Revlon the Lip Butter Colorburst in Cotton Candy.


The final result is something different that suits all eyes colors.
