The face of the day is a daytime make-up, something that can easily be wearing at work or school ... for some of you, you can put a bolder lip color if you want.
First the eyes.
Apply some base to make your eyeshadows stick to your lid all day long - Too Faced Shadow Insurance.
Then, from the Wet'n Wild palette 738 Comfort Zone, with a flat brush take the goldy/yellow (A) color on the top left and apply it only on the half inside part of the lid plus a little bit on the cut crease area.
Now, take the charcoal color (B) slightly shimmery on the right side of the palette and place it on the other half of the lid (outside corner) and a little bit of the cut crease as well, to create a «C» shape.
With a flat brush, put some of this shimmery kaki color (C) on the top right of the palette and place it where (A) and (B) are connected.
Apply a matte cream rose color - Grimas n. 580 (D) - under your brows.
Grab a kaki eye pencil - Urban Decay 24/7 Glide-On Pencil in Mildew and do a thin liner close to the lash line as possible.
Now the face.
Apply your favorite foundation - Rimmel London Wake Me Up in 303 True Nude.
If you need to cover up some pimples or spots, use a stick concealer - Revlon Photo Ready in 001 Fair - and bring some highlight to your under eye area with another one - the Lasting Perfecting Ultimate Wear Concealer from Collection in 1 Fair.
Brush your brows, fill them in with maybe some powder - Anastasia Beverly Hills Brow Powder Duo in Blonde - and fix them with Maybelline NY Great Lash Clear.
Put two coats on the top and one on the bottom lashes of your favorite mascara - Covergirl Clump Crusher waterproof in Dark Brown.
If you need or like, you can do some contour under the cheek bones and under the jaw lines - Too Faced Chocolate Soleil.
On the cheeks, apply an apricot matte blush - Tarte Amazonian Clay 12hr in Tipsy (E).
And to finish, the lips. Something light but bold if you build it up (and hydrating), the Covergirl Lipperfection Jumbo Gloss Balm in 235 Coral Twist (F).
