Christmas Gifts Sets Ideas for her (part 3.2)

After watching what Sephora can offer you (here), it's time for the drugstore.

• «And here comes the colors!» Sets (Drugstores):

      - the Maybelline NY / EyeStudio Color Plush Silk Eyeshadow (existing in a variety of shades) with a price tag usually between 6.99 and 10.99$CAD

     - the Covergirl / Eye Enhancers 4-Kit Shadows (existing in a variety of shades) with a price tag usually around 6.99$ and 9.99$CAD 

    - the Rimmel London / Glam'Eyes Quad Eyeshadows = (existing in a variety of shades) with a price tag usually around 6.99$ and 9.99$CAD


    - Wet'n Wild / Color Icon Trio Eyeshadows = you can find the brand at Walmart and if you have some chance, you'll find a good range of palettes ... usually in Quebec the shelf is pretty empty :( but the product is absolutely worth it for the quality of the pigments and the price tag around 4.99 and 6.99$CAD.


    - Wet'n Wild / Color Icon  Eyeshadows Collection = you can find the brand at Walmart and if you have some chance, you'll find a few range of palettes ... usually in Quebec the shelf is pretty empty :( but the product is absolutely worth it for the quality of the pigments and the price tag around 5.99 and 7.99$CAD.



    - MakeUpGeek = it's impossible for me not to mention these exceptional eyeshadows that you can find only online but it ships internationaly. This brand is the creation of Marlena - one of the Youtube make-up Guru (watch her channel) - created in America with an amazing quality, crazy pigmentation that make this item as good as any MAC eyeshadows or Urban Decay, even if it's not better!! You can't beat the friendly price of 5.99$ each ... believe me, the hight-end brands are easily double the price at least!


     Like i said with the Sephora's Sets, it's impossible to talk about eyeshadows and skip a base to your lid. On the contrary of Sephora, the drugstore doesn't really offer primers and some which are liked.
Fortunately, there's something i can offer you:

    - the Rimmel London / Exaggerate Undercover Shadow Primer = at a price around 5.99 and 7.99$CAD

     - the NYX / HD High Definition Eye Shadow Base = at a price around 10.99$CAD.

     So now, buy a super nice/cute/fun little big bag (at any drugstore or even dollarstore) and put inside some eyeshadows (and if you can, adding a primer will be a super nice touch!). Add a little note using your lovely handwriting (much personal that way!) and write down for instance: «Dare to be bold!» or «Enhance you inner beauty!» ... This gift will bring some warm to her heart or i don't know!!!

     If you wanna offer such set to someone, try to pay attention on what kind of  shades does this person used to wear. Don't hesitate to question her. Most young women are wearing more shimmers and colors. That my friend, will bring you a huge hug!! That is, of course, for the Drugstore's Set. 

     With the Sephora's Set, it's definitely to spoil a love one and of course, yourself. Yes, the budget is higher but if you die to try something special or something rave on the planet ... well, you'll find some love there too!

     What i like about some sets from Sephora, it allows you (or the person you love!!) to try something new, to have more than 1 colors and usually few items (such blushes, mascara, lipstick ...) because these sets become cheaper than buying all the individuals ones.

     To give some love all year long - for a birthday - or now, at Christmas ... it's easy. You don't have to worry about the budget if you can't go High-end, you'll find some pretty good quality eyeshadows from the Drugstores and online (with MakeUpGeek) ... it's good to know!
