Hi Everyone!

     Wanna recreate an easy make-up for Spring, for any eye colors, for everyday? Don't go elsewhere, i got just what you need!!

      Today, i'm using the 'A few of my Favorite Things' palette from Too Faced, but as always, you can use anything you have in your things, it's not necessary the brand that matters!

   
For those of you who got the chance to get your hands on it last Christmas, well here's a tutorial, one possible result to enhance your inner beauty. Enjoy and have fun!!

Vidéo Maquillage - Pétales des Champs!

Bonjour à tous !

     De retour avec un maquillage dans la série des «Non ... je ne crains pas le vert !» qui s'adresse très bien aux yeux foncés mais également aux verts avec l'ajout d'une couleur qui permet d'apporter de la dimension là où tout est vert !

    Un peu d'irisé, on reste dans le mat cette fois. Les lèvres sont présentes mais si vous sentez des palpitations cardiaques, optez pour une couleur plus douce et transparente.

FOTD vidéo des fêtes - De Bronze en Fêtes!

Bonjour tout le monde !

     Pour ce temps des fêtes qui approche très vite maintenant (je parle des derniers jours!), je vous reviens avec un tutoriel beaucoup plus brillant et éclatant, toujours pour être la plus belle !!

     À peine l'utilisation de deux couleurs pour ce maquillage avec un résultat qui fera péter la baraque pour tous les yeux clairs mais ne laissera pas en rade les plus foncés.

     Ce n'est pas parce qu'on est déjà Noël qu'il est trop tard pour un tutoriel du temps des fêtes ... il y a presque chaque jour une occasion de se parer !!

     Cette fois, j'ai prévu quelque chose pour celles qui ne font jamais beaucoup en maquillage et couleurs, mais qui souhaitent un peu plus ... d'où le «en toute simplicité»! Ce look convient pour toutes les couleurs de yeux et si vous le voulez, pourra trouver raison d'être bien après les fêtes.

      Aucune inspiration cinématographique cette fois-ci, non, plutôt de l'inspiration pour toutes ces futures soirées de fêtes (ou journées) qui s'en viennent. On ne va quand même pas porter l'exact même maquillage à chaque fois, il faut varier. La beauté s'exprime - comme l'art - différemment.

Oui, le look peut être également porté en-dehors de cette période, mais en attendant, profitons de tout ce qui brille, qui illumine et qui vibre !!

FOTD - Subtiful is my Name!!

Hi Everyone!!

     It's been a long time ... this new tutorial a best for all eye colors, it's an easy daytime make-up, suitable for work. If you wanna know how to do it, keep reading.

First the face.

     Apply a foundation onto your face - i used the Rimmel London Wake Me Up in 103 True Ivory.

     Then, use a concealer to hide spots or dark circles. I dabbed the Collection Lasting Perfection in 01 Fair to bring some light to my under eye area.

 

Now the eyes.

     Apply first a primer to make sure that your eyeshadows will stay put all day - Too Faced Shadow Insurance.

     Then, take a flat brush and dab gently a charcoal color with a hint of sheen - Grimas n. 713 (A) on your lid. Stay under the cut crease.

     With another flat brush, put a shimmery champagne color - MUG in Shimma Shimma (B) - on your tear dot and inner part of your lid.

     Use a blending brush, and place in your inside part of your crease a light but bold green color - MUG in Fuji (C).

     Clean on a towel this brush and place now on the outside part of your crease a blue peacock color with a hint of sheen - MUG in Mermaid (D).


     With a small flat brush, dab a color close to your skintone, right under your brows to bring some light - MUG in Vanilla Bean (E).

Use a pencil brush and gently dab a rose gold color close to your bottom lashline - MUG in Cosmopolitan (F).

     With a black eyeliner - i used the Urban Decay Glide-On liquid in Perversion - do a thin liner close to your upper lashline.

     Grab your favorite mascara - i'm testing the Almay one coat Get Up and Grow waterproof in Black - and apply two coats on your upper lashes and one coat on your bottom lashes.

     Brush your brows to wake them up and fill them in with some powder - Anastasia Beverly Hills Duo Brow Powder in Blond.

     Fix everything with a Clear gel - Maybelline NY Great Lash.

     Apply on the back of your cheeks a cinnamon tint - i used Inglot Face Blush in 21 (G) - and apply a light and soft pink on the apples of your cheeks - the Sephora Long Lasting blush in Rose Petal (H).

     You have two possibilities for your lips. First from Tarte Lipsurgence Natural Matte in Exposed (I) a pinky nude color, or second from Covergirl LipPerfection Jumbo Gloss Balm in 235 (E) a sheer pinky red tint. Et Voilà!!

     De retour avec un nouveau tutoriel maquillage et cette fois-ci, j'ai voulu m'inspirer largement du titre du tout nouveau «Hunger Games - Catching Fire». Rassurez-vous, le résultat - en plus d'être superbe! - est tout à fait portable par tous, de jour ou de soirée, convenant à tous les yeux mais je dois dire que pour les verts et bleus ... il va faire péter la baraque!!

FOTD vidéo - Ooooh Naturel!

Bonjour à tous,

     Aujourd'hui, un maquillage des yeux bien simple en couleur (en tout cas pour moi) dans les teintes taupe avec un punch des lèvres (pour celles qui le souhaitent) pour briller de milles feux!

     Il convient à toutes celles qui aiment avoir peu sur les paupières, ne travailler qu'avec 2 couleurs. Ça en fait un parfait look de jour qui peut très facilement être porté au travail.

     Il mettra plus en valeur les yeux clairs mais que les foncés s'y jettent à corps perdu puisque ce sera une variation pour eux!

Aujourd'hui, un nouveau tutoriel maquillage pour les yeux.

     Convenant à tous, il est particulièrement un bijoux pour les yeux verts ; de jour ou de soirée, à vous de voir, avec un choix de couleurs pour les lèvres. 

Vidéo un peu plus longue que les précédentes mais avec des conseils ou indications très intéressants.

     Vous trouverez ce tutoriel - ainsi que tous les prochains - uniquement sur ma chaîne Youtube anglaise (moviesbyrevin) mais toujours en langue française (vue le temps infinie qu'un téléversement prend pour s'effectuer vers Youtube, et cela même avec une très bonne connexion et vitesse, il n'est pas raisonnable et réaliste que je dépose une même vidéo sur les deux chaînes).      Les couleurs sont vives, peuvent être portées par tous, mais plus particulièrement par les yeux verts ou bleus. FOTD vidéo - Inspiration Automnale !

     Je vous propose à nouveau un tutoriel maquillage sous format vidéo (via mes chaînes anglaise et française sur Youtube : moviesbyrevin et moviesbyrevinFR).

 

     Dans la mesure où nous avons encore un pied en automne, voici un maquillage qui se promène dans les teintes de prunes/vieux rose. Tout le monde peut le porter, très facile à réaliser, il peut se porter au travail en toute confiance. Essayez !!!

FOTD - A Minty Chocolate Please!

Hi Everyone!

     Today, we're back to a usual FOTD (next time ... a video!) and back to another fall idea .... think at leaves ... It's a daytime look, suitable for everyone! Stop blablating and let's starting!!

 

First the face.

     Apply a foundation all over your face - the Rimmel Wake Me Up in 103 True Ivory.

 

     Then, to bring some light to your under eye area, dab a concealer - Maybelline NY Fit Me in 15 Fair.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Now, the eyes.

     Apply an eye primer to help any eyeshadow to stick onto your lid all day long - Too Faced Shadow Insurance.

 

     Use some small flat brush and dab a white color with a bit of a sheen inside, right under your brows - MUG in Ice Queen (A).

 

     Now, take a flat brush and apply a minty shiny color onto your lid - MUG in Shimmermint (B).

 

     With a nice blending brush, put a brown sugar color right inside the cut crease - MUG in Taupe Notch (C).

 

     Take an eyepencil in kaki - Annabelle retractable eyeliner in Peacock - and do a thin liner close to your upper lashline, and onto the third outside part of your lower lashes. Use a very small pencil brush and blend the lower line.

 

     Grab your favorite mascara and apply two coats on your upper lashes and one on your lower ones - Almay one coat mascara Get Up and Grow waterproof in Black.

 

     Now, brush your brows to wake them up a little bit, fill them in with a pencil - Rimmel London in Hazel - and then fix all with a clear gel - Maybelline NY Great Lash.

 

     Apply a gorgeous strawberry/pink blush on the apples of your cheeks, slightly to your temples - Sephora Long Lasting Blush in Romantic Rose (D).

 

And finish with a nice peachy lipstick - Buxom Big & Healthy  lipstick in Athens (E). Et Voilà!!

     Plusieurs m'ont gentiment demandé d'en réaliser afin que ce soit plus simple à suivre ... j'ai également plus de facilité quand les explications sont visuelles !

     D'autres suivront ... comme je suis encore en train de trouver le bon cadre, la bonne distance .... bref, soyez indulgentes avec moi.

 

     Le maquillage du jour est pour tout le monde, de jour ou de soirée (changez alors la couleur des lèvres pour quelque chose d'un peu plus présent!!).

FOTD - Fall me in Sweet Gold!

Hi Everyone!

     A new make-up tutorial for this fall season, something that will suit everyone, easy to create. Let's go!

 

First the face.

     Apply a foundation all over the face - the Rimmel Wake Me Up in 103 True Ivory.

 

    

     Then, a concealer to brighten the under eye area - Collection Lasting Perfection in 01 Fair.

 

The eyes now.

     Apply all over the eyelid a primer to help any eyeshadows to stick on - Too Faced Shadow Insurance.

 

     With your ring finger or a brush, put a golden cream shadow onto your lid and crease - Maybelline NY 24hr Color Tattoo in 45 Bold Gold (A). Use a clean finger to smudge the crease area a little bit.

 

     Now, take a flat brush and a light golden color with a slight of sheen - MUG in Bleached Blond (B) - and dab it on the cream color (A).

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

     Use a blending brush and place a dark sand shade right inside the cut crease - MUG in Preppy (C) - and with a small pencil brush, put some more close to your lower lashes and make sure to blend well this area.

 

     Dab a matte color close to your skintone right under the brows - MUG in Vanilla Bean (D).

 

     Take a brown eye pencil and place it inside your upper waterline - Maybelline NY Master Drama in Bold Brown.

 

     Apply two coats on the upper lashes and one on the lower lashes of your favorite mascara - Clinique High Impact in 01 Black.

 

     Brush your brows and fill them in with some powder - Anastasia Beverly Hills Brow Powder Duo in Blonde - then finish with some Clear gel to fix them - Maybelline NY Great Lash.

 

     Do a little bit of contour using a bronzing powder - Too Faced Chocolate Soleil - under the cheek bones and the jaw line.

 

     Don't forget the cheeks with a strawberry pink blush - Sephora Long Lasting in Healthy Rose (E).

 

     At the end, it's time for the lips. Apply a coral shade to bring some sexiness - L'Oreal Colour Caresse Shine Stain in 188 Coral Tattoo (F). Et Voilà!!

FOTD - Nature Me Beautiful!

Hi Everyone!

     Something simple today, something sophisticated too, perfect for this fall season (or all year long!).

Let's go!

 

First the face.

     Apply a foundation on your face (obviously!) - the Rimmel Wake Me Up in 103 True Ivory.

 

     Put a concealer to your under eye area to bring some light - the Maybelline NY Fit Me in 15 Fair.

 

Go to the face.

     Apply all over the eye lid a primer so the eyeshadows will stay put - Too Faced Shadow Insurance.

 

     Take a matte cream color - Grimas n.280 (A) - and put it all over the the eye with a flat brush.

 

      Now, with a blending brush, apply a matte sand color - Grimas n.520 (B) - inside the cut crease and the outside corner or the eye.

 

     Use a small rounded brush to dab a matte brown color with some red undertone - Grimas n.565 (C) - only on the outside corner and create a «C» shape.

 

      With a small pencil brush, apply and blend well a matte taupy color - Grimas n. 575 (D) - close to your lower lashes.

 

      Clean the head of the last brush on a towel and dab on your tear dot a white color with some sheen - MUG in Ice Queen (E).

 

      Use a liquid black liner and do a thin line close to your upper lashes - Urban Decay 24/7 waterproof liquid eyeliner in Perversion.

 

      Grab your favorite mascara and apply two coats on the upper lashes and one on the lower lashes - Maybelline NY The Rocket Volum' Express waterproof in Dark Brown.

 

     Brush your brows to wake them up, fill them in with some powder - Anastasia Beverly Hills Brow Powder Duo in Blonde - and fix them with a Clear gel - Maybelline NY Great Lash.

 

     If you need to contour your face, use a bronzing powder - Too Faced Chocolate Soleil - just under your cheek bones and your jaw lines.

 

     Apply on your cheeks, an apricot color with some sheen - Milani Baked Blush in Luminoso (F).

 

     Put some highlight onto the top of your cheek bones using a light golden powder - Lorac Perfectly Lit in Spotlight (G).

 

     And at least the lips. Go bold and apply proudly a beautiful red - the Rimmel Apocalips Lip Lacquer in 400 Big Bang (H). Et Voilà!!

FOTD - An Amethyst Dream!

Hi Everyone!

     Once again, i came up with a really nice and beautiful eye tutorial which will be amazing for any eye colors. It's a daytime one but you can clearly wear it on a night out too - very festive. If you wanna recreate it, stick with me!!

 

First the face.

     Apply a foundation on your face - i mixed the Covergirl Outlast Stay Fabulous in 910 Classic Ivory and the Rimmel Wake Me Up in 303 True Nude.

 

    

 

Then, put a concealer under the eye area (or some spots) - Maybelline NY Fit Me in 15 Fair.

 

Now the eyes.

     Apply first, all over the eye lid a primer to help the eyeshadows to stay on all day - i used the Too Faced Shadow Insurance.

 

     Take a blending brush, a matte purple color - Grimas n. 574 (A) - and put it inside the cut crease.

 

     Now, with small rounded brush, dab a matte black color - Grimas n. 101 (B) - just on the outside corner of the eye and create a «C» shape.

 

     With a flat brush, apply a matte cream rose color - Grimas  n. 580 (C) - on the rest of the lid.

 

     Take same blending brush than before and some matte fuchsia color - Grimas n. 573 (D) - then go back onto the purple in order to enhance this area but subtlety.

 

 

 

     Take the same flat brush from before and mix together two sheen colors - MUG in Shimma Shimma (E) a rosy champagne color and in Gold Digger (F) a light gold one. Apply the mix onto the matte cream rose (C) color (staying under the crut crease). Make sure to blend well the edges with the black and the purple.

     Don't forget to dab this mixture on your inner tear dot too.

 

Use a fluffy dome brush to apply the matte cream rose (C) under the brows.

 

     Take a purple eye pencil - Maybelline NY Master Drama in Vibrant Violet - and do a liner close the ½ outside upper lash line as well as the bottom lashes.

 

     Now, on a small pencil brush, mix together the mattes purple (A) and fuchsia (D) colors in order to dab it on the purple pencil of your lower lash line.

 

     Grab your favorite mascara - Clarins Wonder Perfect in 01 Wonderblack - and apply two coats on your upper lashes and one on your lower lashes.

 

     Brush your brows to wake them up, fill them in with a powder close to your brows color - Anastasia Beverly Hills Brows Powder Duo in Blonde - and fix them with some Clear gel - Maybelline NY Great Lashes.

 

     Use a bronzing powder if you need to do some contour under your cheek bones or your jaw lines - Too Faced in Chocolate Soleil.

 

     Put on your cheeks a light rosy color - Sephora Long Lasting blush in Rose Petal (G).

 

     Today, bring some highlight above your blush, using the Hard Candy Blush Crush Baked in 127 Honeymoon (H).

 

     And to finish, apply on your lips a old rose lipstick - the Covergirl Lip Perfection in Romantic (I). Et Voilà!!

 

FOTD - Automn of my Dreams!

Hi Everyone!

     Today a very fun, daytime eye tutorial, mostly for green and blue eyes. Ready for it?!

 

Start with the face.

     Apply a foundation - i mixed together the Covergirl Outlast Stay Fabulous in 910 Classic Ivory and the Rimmel Wake Me Up in 303 True Nude.

 

     Use a concealer to put on the under eye area, for me, to bring some highlight - Collection Lasting Perfection Ultimate Wear in 01 Fair.

 

Go to the eyes.

     To help any eyeshadows to stay all day on, apply a primer - Too Faced Shadow Insurance.

 

     Start with a matte cream shadow - Maybelline NY 24hr Color Tattoo in 35 Tough as Taupe (A) - and apply it on the lid.

 

     With a round brush, put a rusty color - MUG in Moondust (B) - on the outside corner and create a «C» shape.

 

     Now, with a flat brush, dab a peachy/red color - MUG in Mango Tango (C) - on the rest of the lid, including the cut crease. Smudge well the edges.

 

      To bring a bit of light under your brows, apply a light white color - MUG in Ice Queen (D).

 

     With a small brush, put a light golden color - MUG in Bleached Blond (E) - on the tear dot and a little bit on the inner corner of the eye.

 

     Grab a peacock eye pencil - Urban Decay 24/7 in Flipside - and do a thin liner close to your upper lashline.

 

     Take a small pencil brush, apply a matte purple color - Grimas in 574 (F) - right under the bottom lashes.

 

     Add another kick at this make-up and put a bronzy color - MUFE Aqua Eyes pencil in 10L - on the lower inner rim.

 

     Now, it's time for the «vavavoum» effect and apply a mascara, two coats on the top and one on the bottom lashes - Essence I Love Extreme Crazy Volume in UltraBlack.

 

     Brush your brows to wake them up, fill them in with a pencil - Anastasia Beverly Hills Brow Wiz in Medium Ash. Fix them with a clear gel from Maybelline NY Great Lash.

 

     You can do some contour under the cheek bones and/or the jaw line with a bronzer - Too Faced in Chocolate Soleil.

 

     Apply a blush onto your cheeks to your temples - Sephora Long Lasting in Rose Petal (G) - a soft and light rosy color.

 

     To finish with the lips, put some nude caramel color like the Covergirl LipPerfection lipstick in 255 Delish (H). Et Voilà !!

FOTD - A Warm Automn!

     Today, another look to try on daytime or nightime, for all eyes colors! Stay focus on the creation!!

 

First the face.

     Apply a foundation - i mixed together the Covergirl Outlast Stay Fabulous in 910 Classic Ivory and the Rimmel Wake Me Up in 303 True Nude.

 

     Then, i put the Maybelline NY Fit Me in 15 Fair to bring some highlight to my under eye area and i used the Revlon Photo Ready concealer stick in 01 Fair to cover some spots.

 

Now the eyes.

     First thing first, put all over the lid an eyeshadow primer - Too Faced Shadow Insurance.

 

     Grab a matte black eyeshadow - Grimas n. 101 (A) - and with a small rounded brush dab it on the outside corner of the eye and as you smudge it, try to create a small «C» shape.

 

     With a flat brush, apply a matte poppy red color - Grimas n. 540 (B) - on the rest of the lid and a little bit inside the cut crease.

Take a clean blending brush and go smudge the cut crease area.

 

     Take a matte cream color - Grimas n. 280 (C) - and apply it under the brows.

 

     Now, bring a little bit of light in the inner tear dot with MUG Shimma Shimma (D).

 

     Take a dark blue eye pencil - Rimmel Scandaleyes waterproof Kohl Kajal in 006 Deep Blue and do a liner on the outside ¾ part of the lid and the outside ½ part of your bottom lashes.

     With a small pencil brush, put a bluey/green color with some sheen - MUG in Mermaid (E) - just under the bottom lashes. Blend it well.

 

     Apply your favorite mascara of the moment - Maybelline NY The Rocket Volum' Express waterproof in Dark Brown - two coats on the top and one on the bottom lashes.

 

     Brush your eyebrows to wake them up, fill them in with a pencil - Anastasia Beverly Hills Brow Wiz in Medium Hash and set everything in place with a Clear gel - Maybelline NY Great Lashes.

 

     If you wanna do some contour, use a bronzing powder - Too Faced Chocolate Soleil - under the cheek bones and the jaw lines.

 

     Apply a matte light soft rosy color onto your cheeks - Sephora Long Lasting Blush in Rose Petal (F).

 

     For the lips, do something light, pink and shimmery (if i may say so!) - Covergirl LipPerfection in Sweet Heart (G). Et voilà!!

Hi Everyone!

    Let's try something a bit different in the way that this eye make-up uses different bold colors but still wearable because soften, on a daytime basis. It's for everyone ... let's have some fun!

 

Go to the face.

    Apply a foundation - i mixed together the Covergirl Outlast Stay Fabulous in 910 Classic Ivory and the Rimmel Wake Me Up in 303 True Nude.

 

     Use concealer to cover what you may have to cover up - Revlon Photo Ready in 01 Fair - and use probably another one to bring some light to the under eye area - Maybelline NY Fit Me in 15 Fair.

 

Now the eyes.

     Before doing anything, apply all over the lid an eyeshadow primer - Too Faced Shadow Insurance - so everything will stay in place!

 

     Take a flat brush and apply onto the ¾ centre of the lid + the crease a vibrant apple green color - MUG in Fuji (A). Leave the inside corner free for now.

 

     Take a rounded brush and put onto the outside corner of the eye a blue color with a tint of lilac - MUG in Unicorn (B) - but not too high in the crease.

 

     Now, with a blending brush, put a rose gold color with some sheen - MUG in Cosmopolitan (C) - stay in the cut crease.

     With a small brush, take a green/mustardy color with some sheen - MUG in Pixie Dust (E) - and place it on the inside corner of the eye and slightly onto the tear dot.

 

     Take a matte color close to your skin tone - MUG in Vanilla Bean (D) - and apply it under your brows.

 

     Use a blue eye pencil - Maybelline NY Master Drama in Sapphire Strength - in the inner rim of the eye. If you want a more dramatic result, instead of the blue pencil put a black one!

 

     Add a bit of the Unicorn (B) shadow under the eyes and smudge it well.

 

      Take your favorite mascara of the moment and apply two coats on the top and one on the bottom lashes - Maybelline NY The Rocket Volum' Express waterproof in Dark Brown.

 

     Brush your eyebrows to wake them up, fill them in with a powder - Anastasia Beverly Hills Brows Powder Duo in Blonde - and fix them with a Clear gel - Maybelline NY Great Lash.

 

      If you need to do some contour onto your face, use a bronzing powder - i used the Too Faced Chocolate Soleil under the cheek bones and onto the jaw lines.

     Apply an apricot blush with some sheen - Milani Baked Blush in Luminoso (F) - on the cheeks and the temples.

 

     Bring a bit of highlight above the cheeks with a powder - Hard Candy Blush Crush Baked in 127 Honeymoon (G).

 

Finish with two possible colors for your lips.

     First choice is a sheer red - Tarte LipSurgence in Elite (H) - or the second a goldy/pink gloss - L'Oréal Colours Caresse Shine Stain in 183 Pink Resistance (I).
