FOTD - Teddy Bear's Heart

Hi Everyone!

     Today, a lot of different palettes but one final big heart ... yeah, i know, it's kind of understandable but, keep in mind that this make-up tutorial is mainly for green and blue eyes, even if i think that darker ones can rock it too!

I think it's wearable on daytime with bare lips but it can suit on a night out as well.

Prepare yourself and let's begin!

 

 

First the eyes.

     Start with a base for your eyeshadows - for me it's still Too Faced Shadow Insurance - all over your lid.
 

     Follow with a cream eyeshadow. You can use your finger or a brush but at the end, apply a dark red color on the lid and the cut crease area. I used the Maybelline NY 24hr Color Tattoo in Pomegranate Punk (A). Make sure to smudge well the crease area so you'll end up with some smooth edges.

 

     Now, take the Wet'n Wild palette 336 Spoiled Brat and with a flat brush, take a bit of the middle color, a fuchsia (B) and dab it over the cream one (A). Be careful, it's a super pigmented color and it can be a bit powdery. Escape the crease area.

 

     New palette, the Wet'n Wild - 383 Knock on Wood. With a blending brush take some of the brown (D) color in the middle and apply it on the outer corner of the eye to create a «C» shape. Smudge the edges ... no harsh lines.

     On a small pen brush, put the pink chiffon (E) color from the top and place it in the inner corner.

 

     A new brush and a matte cream rose (C) color from Grimas to apply under the brows.

 

     Mix together two matte shadows - from Grimas - in order to do a liner close to the lash line. Take a brown with some red undertones n. 565 (F) and a dark brown n. 566 (G).

 

To the face.

     Apply your foundation - i used half of the Covergirl Stay Outlast Fabulous in 910 Classic Ivory and half of the Rimmel Wake Me Up in 303 True Nude.

     Put some stick concealer on spots and pimples to cover up - Revlon Photo Ready in 001 Fair. Grab another one to highlight the under eye area - Maybelline NY Fit Me in 15 Fair.

 

     Brush your brows and fill them in with a powder - the Anastasia Beverly Hills Brows Duo Powder in Blonde. You can fix now with some clear gel if you want.

 

     If you feel the need, use an eyelashes curler. Apply your favorite mascara - i used the Covergirl Clump Crusher waterproof in Dark Brown. At least two coats on the top and one on the bottom lashes. If you want a more dramatic look, apply some false eyelashes.

 

     Grab a bronzing powder - Too Faced Chocolate Soleil - and contour your face under the jaw line and the cheek bones.

 

     Apply on the temple of your cheeks an apricot matte blush - Tarte Amazonian Clay 12hr in Tipsy (H).

 

     This time, i stayed bare with my lips, so just my beloved lip balm. I think the main focus must stay on the eyes but if you wanna add some lipstick or gloss, try to stay light and not too shinny (or glossy).
