Today, i wanted something light but bright, something to remind me the beauty of nature and especially in some flowers.
This is a make-up that will suit all eye colors and more for daytime. Enjoy recreating it!
First the face.
Apply a foundation - i mixed together the Covergirl Outlast Stay Fabulous in 910 Classic Ivory and the Rimmel Wake Me Up in 303 True Nude.
Apply a stick concealer onto what ever you need to cover up - Revlon Photo Ready in 001 Fair - and another one more to highlight the under eye area - Maybelline NY Fit Me in 15 Fair.
Now, the eyes.
Apply all over your lid an eye primer - Too Faced Shadow Insurance.
Then, grab a cream shadow and apply it on the lid and the crease area - Maybelline NY Color Tattoo 24hr in 55 Inked in Pink (A). Make sure to smudge the edges so it'll look smooth.
With a flat brush, take some sable matte color - Grimas n. 520 (B) - and creamy rose matte - Grimas n. 580 (C) - and put it over the cream shadow (A).
Take a rosy slightly peachy color with a sheen - Wet'n Wild palette 335 Silent Treatment in the top color (D) - and apply it on the inside half of the lid and the crease area.
Take now a rose gold color - MUG in Cosmopolitan (F) - and put it on the outside half of the lid and the corner.
With a blending brush, apply some dark purple or plummy color only inside the cut crease - MUG in Sensuous (E).
Take a matte color close to your skintone - MUG in Vanilla Bean (G) and apply it under the brows.
With a small pencil brush, dab some green moss color close to your bottom lashes - MUG in Sea Mist - and smudge it well.
Take a mascara and apply two coats on the top and one on the bottom lashes - i used the Clarins Wonder Perfect in 01 Wonder Black. While applying it, if you left some patches of mascara onto your lid, wait a little bit and apply above it some of the (D) or (F) color until it's completely cover up.
Brush your brows and fill them in with some powder (or else) - Anastasia Brow Powder Duo in Blonde and fix everything with a clear gel - Maybelline NY Great Lash.
Use a contour powder under your cheek bones and on the jaw lines (mostly) - Too Faced Chocolate Soleil.
Bring a little bit of hightlight on the cheeks (above the blush) with Lorac Perfectly Lit in Spotlight (J) a very light golden sheen. Not too much!!
And finally, lips. I used something else, a gloss but highly pigmented - the Rimmel Apocalips Lip Lacquer in 201 Solstice (K).
Et Voilà!. Simply beautiful!
