FOTD - A Flesh of Metal!

Hi Everyone!

     A propose a mix that works like a charm: a very warm and a very cold color. Something suitable for all eye colors and more for a daytime look.

Enjoy!

 

First the eyes.

     Apply a base all over your lid to keep any eyeshadows on - for me it's the Too Faced Shadow Insurance.

 

    

 

     From the Wet'n Wild palette 336 Spoiled Brat, and a flat brush start to apply a shimmery silver color (A) on the lid but stay under the crease area.

    

     Now with a blending brush, take some of the bright fuchsia (B) color and apply it gently inside the cut crease. Take your time to blend it well ... the color must be seen but not too much!

 

     Apply a color close to your skintone - for me it's MUG in Vanilla Bean (C) - and place it under the brows.

 

     Grab a navy blue pencil - the Urban Decay 24/7 Glide-On Pencil in Binge - and do a liner close to the lash line.

 

 

Go to your face now.

     Apply a foundation - for me it's a mix of the Covergirl Outlast Stay Fabulous in 910 Classic Ivory and the Rimmel Wake Me Up in 303 True Nude.

 

     Dab a stick concealer on spots or pimples to cover them up - Revlon Photo Ready in 001 Fair. Apply another one to highlight the under eye area - the Maybelline NY Fit Me in 15 Fair.

 

     Take a small pen brush and apply a taupy color on the outer corner of the eye, under the lash line - for me MUG in Moondust (D).

     Apply your favorite mascara, two coats on the top and one on the bottom lashes - today the Covergirl Clump Crusher waterproof in Dark Brown.

 

     Brush your brows and fill them in with a pencil - today the Prestige Browliner in Taupe. Fix everything with a clear gel - Maybelline NY Great Lash.

 

     Do a bit of contour under the jaw lines and the cheek bones - Too Faced Chocolate Soleil.

 

     Apply a blush on the temple of the cheeks - today Tipsy (E) from Tarte Amazonian Clay a matte apricot color.

 

Finish with the lips - Revlon Lip Butter in 030 Fig Jam (F).
